This project consists of 50 units of low-rent, HUD Financed Family Housing.
Townhouse units anc accessible unites are organized around individual courtyards which provide safe, common outdoor activity areas and unit access.
Younger children can be monitered from the kitchen windows and front porches as they play in tot lots located in the middle of each courtyard. Older children are provided basketball and open area outside the courtyards.
The project design was recognized as an asset to the neighborhood as well as for promoting a strong sense of community for the residents.
